Overall, a good shipper.nnTwo things are preventing the 5th star. The attitudes of the 2 ladies up front and the fact that there is a mask requirement while on the premises, plainly posted on the door, but the sign didn't seem to imply that it excluded employees. Not exactly fair to enforce it on visitors and not themselves. Especially since I'm in more danger catching anything from them since 99% of my time is spent alone and not theirs. The attitudes mentioned seemed to be superiority complexes. Not as much from the older lady at the desk as from the one that seemed to be helping her. I witnessed drivers being flat out verbally disrespected at least twice.nnOn the upside, and why despite the previously aforementioned negatives this place still rated 4 stars, everyone else was nice and respectful. The process is fairly quick from start to finish. Park your rig appropriately or the second lady mentioned will call you out nice and loud. When checking in to pick up, have your pickup number and the tag numbers from both tractor and trailer. Fill out the papers inside the door to your left. Provide completed form to the person behind the glass. Go to the door given. Back into your dock and go into the dock door and provide the papers you were given. Loading seems to go very quickly. When loaded, park your truck appropriately again. Go back in and get your paperwork.

The lady at the shipping office was very nice and loading was super fast got the dock door in minutes

Very good shipper!! They have OVERNIGHT parking, loaded me two hours before my appointment, loaded within 25minutes. You have to stand on their dock while they load you.
