Several customers including me waited in line at 1030 there was three vehicles in front of me and every customer was mad the employees here did not take orders one went for a cigarette break while we waited in line and then 11pm rolls up everyone still waiting in line they closed everything up and nvr waited on any of us at all!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL WHEN EMPLOYEES ARE NOT TAKING CUSTOMERS ORDERS AND MAKING THEM WAIT LONG PERIODS OF TIME AS WELL
When I got up to speaker,I was told to wait! 5 minutes later someone finally took my order. Pulled up to get food,again I waited for 6 minutes to be acknowledged and another 4 minutes to even get food! Not happy at all with customer service and drive thru times! Do better!
Hard workers. Only two on staff and still trying. I give them love because they are the ones trying. Two stars cause the execution lacked. But they didntry their best
Terribly slow and after waiting almost 30 mins in line we left. This particular restaurant is always very slow. Totally unacceptable.
Good service. Good food. Hardly ever mess up orders. One of the cooks, an African-American baldheaded gentleman, was extremely kind, professional, polite and made my experience all-around better.
