I joined my family for dinner at the steakhouse, even though I don't eat steak. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of options outside of steak. My meal was great, and the 4 with me all enjoyed their steak and seafood dishes. Service was good and menu isn't overly priced. I would be happy to dine there again.
Love this place honestly since it’s been open! The only complaint is every time I’ve been here (5+ Times) the wait has been at least twice as long as they’ve said it would be. If they say 20 min it will undoubtedly be 45 min. Otherwise super good, just expect a wait.
Dave was the best waiter! We unfortunately had an issue with a gift card we received. On Christmas we received a Lucky's folded paper gift greeting card with a receipt. There was no plastic card given to the family members who bought our gift card. They even asked about it at the store they purchased the gift card from. We thought it was odd but still presented the paper card and receipt after eating. Lucky and one of the managers could have handled it better. Our meal was taken care of but only after we were heavily questioned about not having a card. We felt accused of trying to pull a fast one on them. Bottom line, food was good but more customer care could have been better from the owner and manager.
Lucky's is my new favorite chain steakhouse. Food was phenomenal and I think very reasonable pricing for my family of five. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu since it all sounds delicious.
Second experience in this establishment. Both times our server was very good. The reason I won’t give the 5 star is that four of the four streaks we ordered tonight were undercooked and two were sent back. Most of the food is very good. If I was to go again I would forgo the steak and order the grouper. It’s very good.
