Started my experience with a wine tasting with Laura. Laura was full of great energy, informative and fun. The music playlist in the background was awesome and calming. Dinner with server Bobby was equally enjoyable. Bobby was a ball of positive energy and made sure each of us at the table were content with our wine and dishes. Mike the manager checked on us during our meal for our satisfaction and went above and beyond our request to make the experience for my guests even better. All employees were interacted with were cheerful and positive. This restaurant is way better than many due to those they hire, the food, attention to detail and wine. The prices are reasonable and the experience is worth every Penny you spend. This was my 3rd time here (all during the pandemic) and if I wasn’t an hour away I’d be a regular.
We've been trying to book a reservation for the past month and couldn't get one. Finally we tried it and let me tell you I was really amused. The waiter Bobby was amazing at service. The drinks were really great although we didn't drink wine just cocktails. The food was really delicious. We had a party of six and everyone loved the food except that some of the food wasn't hot enough. We will definitely be back.
I really enjoyed my birthday in your restaurant yesterday. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our drinks, but the icing on the cake was our server Sage. She was a joy, very professional and kind. Everyone we came into contact with was nice and friendly. I definitely will come back!!!!!!
If only the service was half as good as the food, it would have been a truly wonderful experience. The location is perfect and food delectable. As the Covid restrictions eased, we chose this place to go back to some sort of normalcy.nnWith no dearth of dining options in that area, it all boils down to the service when you want to keep brand loyalty. Boy, have they failed there. At a fine dining restaurant, a guest shouldn't be reminding the bearer for bread, nor should they be asking them to remove the plates so fresh ones can be brought in. I understand the quality and quantity of staff could be challenging during a pandemic, but this was late Saturday Morning and they had a pretty healthy staff-guest ratio. Yet, they were found wanting.nnAgain, the food was incredible, the ingredients fresh and cooked to perfection, so, the experience was a bit bittersweet. If only the chef gets some support from the staff. After all, the world is not going to remain curbside forever. The management needs to realize this soon.nnAs they say, you are only as good as your weakest link.
I enjoyed the entire experience from beginning to end. We had a reservations for the wine tasting and dinner. They were a little behind but the experience with Austin and the wine tasting was worth it. He answered all our questions, engaged in conversation and was hosting 2 sections but overall he was on point! There are basically 3 different wine tasting you can experience which you can see in the pictures attached. Be sure to ask about the membership which is worth every payment if u are a wine lover ud83dude09. Dinner was exceptional, we had 3 different appetizers which were all great! Also pictures are attach to see. Overall the food was great! We had a pitcher of sangria that was hard to complete amongst the 3 of us because of the wine tasting but we finished it. The truffles were good for dessert if you are a sweet lovers and pair well with the night jar! If you are looking for an experience out with friends, I strongly recommend Cooper's Hawk Winery.
