Went here the other day and their drive thru was not working, they had me pull ahead to order and we're very friendly. Came back the next day for the same vanilla creme cold brew and it was just as delicious as the day before. I have a new after work pit stop. :)
Tim Hortons has always been good to me and mine. My only recommendation is if you are getting more than one hot beverage, make sure all of the lids are on tight. Mine have not always been.
Tim Horton customers you should know that the large coffee is actually medium, and the medium is actually small. Why the level of coffee almost 1 1/2 inch from the rim? Can anyone answer that question? And why is staff always rushing you while in drive through? This is almost every Tim Horton I have been to. When asked to pour more coffee the girl at the window said : oh we can not take it back. Really? How about giving me a different one with the right amount that I paid for!
Love coming here before work to grab something to eat. I ordered delivery off of doordash once and they had ran out of hashbrowns so the store personally called me and informed me. The worker then offered me something to replace it with no problem, i asked for a donut. And not only did they give me a donut they gave me two! Very loyal to this Tim Hortons.
Horrible customer service. They did not know what items they have available in stock. They cheated me on a carry out order without giving 4 hashbrowns with the meal, but charged me for it..would not go here again!
