Very fine staff. Standard diner menu that's well prepared.
Dined in at Lukich's for the first time 7.13.20 and so happy with our choice! Everything is homemade. The ranch dressing was delicious. (I am not usually a fan.) The fish and chips were perfect - just the right amount of batter and the fish was excellent. My husband had the Super Combo (Polish favorites) and everything was outstanding, especially the cabbage rolls and sauerkraut. Orange pineapple cake for dessert was heaven! Best of all, we were treated like family. I would eat at Lukich's every time over a chain restaurant. Very clean. Great family place! We will be back!
Only curbside take out but the food was as good as the dine in I had in September. Potato pancakes were crisp and applesauce to put on them was fresh and slightly tart, not sickly sweet. Be sure to get the fried cabbage version of the Pierogis; the boiled version of the cheese pierogi was bland, but would be good in a heavy tomato sauce accompanying stuffed cabbage. Coleslaw was freshest I've ever had with a vinegar base. My husband would go back to Lukich's just for that. Wait staff very efficient and cheerful. A positive experience in the midst of this dreary, winter pandemic.
