Krista and her associates have helped me tremendously with the Green Card process and were/are always available to provide the best possible recommendations thru the process.nThey didn't unnecessarily initiate some process/forms etc. just to make money like others that I came across earlier . Always tried to truly help me. They were always reachable via email and provided prompt response. I am sure they provide the same professional expertise and availability in the other areas of legal matters.nI am glad that I chose them to guide me for the last 12 yrs.nnThanks Krista ! Don't use this attorneys, their customer service is really bad!nnFirst they are never clear about what steps are they going to follow for your case, they don't give you a diagram that covers all the things that they need to do for you.nnSecond. they don't work, they ask you do most of the work, fill down paperwork, letters and other documents and their input is minimum, they just tell you change it, but they don't explain how or why.nnThird, they take a lot of time to process their emails, work, paperwork received and they don't let you call them with questions.nnAnd the last one is their customer service is really bad, the tone that they use on their emails or how they talk to you is not professional, when I told them about this they just came back with a list of excuses on why they can behave like they don't care about my case or when it will be filled.nnThey just cause you stress and they will take a lot of time to process things, for example they will take two months to process something that another attorney can process in one week.

Awful service from Clement & Hurst and this law firm is terrible managed. I wish I could give them minus 5; I used their service to file for the H1 extension and change of status. Good luck getting any response from John Clement the attorney who is always on vacation and really has no time for you. You need to consistently follow up or else they will forget about your case and people working here are really bad replying to your email. Horrible at keeping you updated on information. What really surprised me about the assistants working at this law firm is the lack knowledge and interest in your case, Good luck explaining your case to the assistants working under the attorney. I really wish I had used someone else as my attorney.
