Being in the funeral service industry I found myself making sure that people were covered. I always advised folks to make sure that they had a will and perhaps trusts set up. Apparently I thought that my advise was sound for others but hadn't taken my own advise and was not protected until my youngest daughter was born.nnMy wife and I started thinking about what would happen to the kids and all of our stuff in the untimely demise of one of us or the other or, God forbid both of us at the same time. I consulted a long time friend who also happens to be an attorney in the area and he referred me to Paul's office.nnWe set an appointment and went in and sat down and talked to Paul. He asked lots of questions to see what we were after and to determine the proper course of action. We spent almost two hours talking about these items (with a lot of kibitzing thrown in for good measure). For this initial appointment Paul charged me exactly zero dollars. He told me that I would only pay should his office provide the documents that we were after. I thought that this was WAY more than fair.nnI called him back a few days later and told him to go ahead with all of the planning steps that he had recommended. About a week after this phone call our stuff was ready to be picked up at his office.nnWhen we went in to collect our estate planning documents Paul made sure to take the time needed to go over everything with us. He answered all of our questions (no matter how off the wall) and made sure we were comfortable with everything that we were collecting.nnI thought that the prices were very fair considering all of the work that went into our complex estate. First rate...deal with confidence.

My grandmother’s trust was written through this office. My father, her POA, passed away before she did, and they were not helpful at all. Sure, they met with us and charged us, but as for actually keeping my grandmother’s best interest in mind (aka the whole purpose of the trust), they were not helpful. I ended up seeking legal help elsewhere as the office was content with my aunt keeping side money for herself and not taking care of my grandma. When I took my aunt to court for custody (which I won), I finally got responses from emails I had sent months before, but still with no useful information on how to fix the issues at hand. Overall, I felt the service we got was extremely subpar. I’d suggest going somewhere else.

They are excellent at creating and administering estate plans.
