The customer service and convenience was great! They were easy to contact via text for pick up, delivery and payments. They stored my belongings for a few weeks between moves. Way more convenient than a moving truck and a storage unit. Didn’t have to unload into storage and reload a truck a few weeks later..
We are so glad we went with Tricities Mobile Storage! It made our move much simpler and removed the stress while selling one house and waiting to close on the house we are purchasing. They were quick to respond, efficient, and accommodating. Great to do business with. Highly recommend.
Tri-Cities Mobile Storage had just what we needed to store our house hold items while we remodeled our home. They offer 2 sizes of containers and the large one fit perfectly in our drive way. They delivered our container on very short notice and when we were finished they picked it up just as quickly.nThe containers themselves are extrenely clean, water tight and secure. We couldn't be happier with our experience. They even billed us electronically via text message and the payment options were very convenient. Truly one of our best storage experiences.
This place is awesome! Professional and friendly they really helped us out of a tight situation when our movers didn't show and we had to be out of our house. Prompt, responsive and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Really great experience. I called outside business hours and they texted me answers back for my questions over the weekend. When I followed up on Monday they were very helpful over the phone. When they dropped off the container again they were really nice and answered all my questions. They did an amazing job at placing the container in just the right spot. Every stage of this process has been well organized and explained well to meet expectations. Everyone I've delt with has been wonderful and I feel they have gone above and beyond the norm for service. I have confidence that the rest of this process will continue with the same quality of service due to my experience so far. I would highly recommend this company for both their service and product.
