Lisa was extremely helpful and patient with our difficult driver!
This is one of the worst places to pick up at. The people are rude and slow. Prepare to wait there for 5 - 10 hours.
appointment mean nothing here bring ur food
People are nice but loading time is not so good . I waited 3 hours after my appointment and after i got a door it took them almost 2 hours to load me up . Im sure this is not usual because i seen other drivers were out in 2 hours or less . Also you can park here overnight but the bathroom's are inside the office and probably close when they do .
I had a good loading experience here. Loaded me right on my appointment time.Friendly guys. Lots of room for big trucks. Just down from truck stop. Loaded me perfect 79500. Even though I heard lots of complaints about the weight issues.They do make you go weigh after loading which sucks. Any reloads because your heavy you will have to pay for.
