I understand it has been a trying time for all of us including a retail furniture outlet. We expected more from Ashley Furniture.nnOn 03/15/2020 I purchased $6,506.69 worth of furniture. We received only the sofa & loveseat. A month later we were in Oregon and received a call from our Ashley store in Richland, Washington that the remainder of our furniture was to be delivered the next day. We drove from Oregon to Washington the next day and no one showed up or called.nnWe called they said they were sure when the remainder of the furniture was to be delivered and that when it would be delivered there would be an additional delivery charge. Also we would not be able to get our original package room group discount. The manager of the store offered us a $150.00 Ashley gift card, which was a total insult.nnWe asked to have the sofa and loveseat picked and cancel the deal and they said no way. Still haven't received anything regarding delivery.
BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Your furniture will never be delivered. Your delivery date will be cancelled, you won’t be able to reschedule, and you’ll waste hours of your life trying to compensate for terrible service and a broken corporate system.nnFull detail: You’ll get a call at 2pm on Sunday to “confirm” your delivery that week. When you miss the call your “set” delivery date will be cancelled because you needed to respond by 3pm. The catch? It takes an average of 30 minutes for your call to be answered when you dial the 1-800 number that handles all delivery and customer service items. All of them.
Came into Ashley's furniture ended up working with Leonel chacon he was very patient and helpful would recommend working with Leonel for your furniture needs he was awesome
