I had a terrific experience today at Everything But Water in Troy Michigan at the Somerset Collection.nChristina helped me find the perfect swimsuit!! She was patient, kind and very upbeat as well as knowledgeable about the brands and the products that the store carries.nI was delighted with the very first swimsuit she chose for me, and ended up purchasing the second swimsuit that she chose for me!! Christina knows how to fit a lady which is very important because let's face it shopping for swimwear can be a frustrating experience. But Christina made it fun for me.nShe brought me several suits to try, checked on me in the fitting room several times and helped adjust the suits I was interested in.nI was extremely appreciative of the customer service that I received!nTurns out Christina is the store manager too.nThank you very much for everything Christina!! And you are right - my hubby loved the classy navy one piece on me!!!nAnd I'm keeping the hat. I feel like a retro beach babe!!!

I had a very good experience at this store today, the lady who helped me was so so nice i believe her name was miranda, mandy it started with an M but she was extremely kind and helped me find something for my body type, will for sure be going back

This company has listed that it has temporarily shut its doors, which is to be expected during this time. What is not expected is that this company would unload all of its employees at a crucial time when health concerns are at an all- time high and when people are already in a heightened state of panic. It is really upsetting to see that many other companies are trying to comfort and assure their employees, while this one has piled on with all of the uncertainty surrounding all other aspects of life today.

Swim suits are gorgeous but will be shopping online from now on. Staff is rude and extremely unhelpful both in person and over the phone.

Will not be shopping at Everything But Water any more....I have a bathing suit my mom purchased for me and we lost the receipt. I cannot return this perfectly good bathing suit that doesn't fit because they will not accept any returns without a receipt even if all tags are on. Everything But Water informed me they do not have any back up like most stores do now where they can look up your past purchases. Hopefully they will update their system.
