Love this store!!! The staff is always friendly. I always have had a problem finding jeans that fit right on me, and the staff always helps me find the right fit! The service in the fitting room is great too. Thanks again!

Unfortunately my experience with 7 for all mankind wasn’t so great. It seemed like a great store so I decided to get some jeans while I was in town since I live out of state. I tried the jeans on in store but they were way too long. That’s when I was informed they custom tailor them for you which I was pleased about. They took my measurements and sent me on my way, and would mail them out to me when they were ready. I got them in the mail and they were way too short. Did not fit right at all. So I sent them back and called the store to arrange a refund. Turns out they don’t do that, and would not honor the fact that they messed up the cut and the jeans did not fit. They would not even offer to make it right and get me a new pair that actually fit! Now I am out over $100 which really sucks. Their customer service seemed to not care and even had the nerve to mail me back the pair of jeans that were too short. Definitely not going back here again.

I recently purchased a pair of jeans from Seven in Boca Raton and I’m happy to report outstanding customer service from their sales associate Ella.nI’ve been a loyalist of the brand for years but Ella’s knowledge of the product and patience was exemplary. She is a pleasure to work with and I’ll be back again and again.....thank you Ella!
