I have a quickly in North Carolina but not like this one. We came while visiting my in laws and after a great first visit came back two more times before leaving for the week. This place is the spot to hit for bubble tea. The service is great the boba is great and everyone is friendly. Hit it up try it out and enjoy!

I order food from here very regularly. Up to 3 times per week. Today, the food was an absolute mess. The first mochi waffles were burnt and undersized. So we returned it for fresh ones. The second time they were absolutely drenched with spray oil. I am currently writing this review with the worst taste of oil in my mouth. To top it all off, our spam musubi order had sauce that was burnt as well! Absolute waste of money today. Very disappointed.

Their product is one of the best in the market but I must say the service is horrible. They hire high school kids with no training to the point they don’t even know how to take orders from customers who aren’t familiar with the products. Very horrible customer service!! I would drive extra miles to get the same type of tea from the cafe in Rochester Downtown. They hire the same age of kids but are very excellent and professional.

I really do feel horrible about leaving a bad review because I love the product but I have to be honest. The less than desirable customer service does not match the delicious tea. I take pride in supporting local businesses in our Troy community but I have to say, my Son and I have never been treated so poorly with blatant disregard for professionalism.
