Quality of service been going down the past few months. Changing from my 5 start to 1 to help inform people. Unless I get just a black coffee, something is usually won't with my order. Like today, who makes a regular bacon egg and cheese bagel and didn't realize they didn't add bacon. It's 3 ingredients....

I don't know if this place is in the business of ripping customers off because business has been down at Tim Hortons all over. I go to Tim Hortons at least once or twice a week. I was here on a Saturday around 2pm so it wasn't near closing time or at the beginning of their day. I ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 2 regular size soups, and a large ice tea. The total came to $28.00. I questioned this and when I finally got the receipt after asking twice for it. Why they don't automatically give you a receipt when using a credit or debit card is been a sore point with me from day 1. The receipt had different sandwiches on it and the way the whole order was rung up was confusing. If course with only the drive thru open I couldn't sit there and say anything because there were cars behind me. I wish the inside was open to go in and talk to the manager. The order should have been under $20.

There was an oversized trailer in the drive thru this morning - causing an obvious delay in the cycle of the drive thru. I was right behind him. He asked me to back up so I did. I helped him navigate the corner that his trailer kept getting caught on. He ended up paying for my drink. And the staff didn’t let the backed up drive thru affect their customer service whatsoever. I love this location.

With COVID they only have carryout but you can skip the line, order online, park in reservation parking spot by door and they will bring your order to your car. I prepaid online with the App and they delivered to me on my car. Was as fast as possible and I didn't wait inline until my turn behind other vehicles. You can order from home and just tap the App to let them know you are there and ready for the order. They were fast and efficient.
