I called in my order and it was ready within minutes. My Cranberry Truffle smoothie was delicious. The service was fast and friendly.
Food is good. Smoothies are good too but it's always insanely slow service. Expect to wait anywhere from 20 mins to an hour during peak times in the drive through. I had 2 cars ahead of me the last time I was there and it took around 30 mins to get my food.
I have been here a few times and it's typically the same as your average trop. Tonight I went and got the mocha madness smoothie. Apparently they didn't want to be bothered to clean the blender between smoothies tonight. The mocha smoothie was full of strawberry seeds and tasted like bananas. You have a machine that washes them out, use it.
I left a bad review before and since I was a tropical smoothie club member they matched my name to my address and sent me a $10 gift card without me asking. Went back and the cranberry white chocolate smoothie was great and better than the time before. Thanks guys
