Fav coffee shop
Used the drive thru. Bought to coffees. The cold brew had something floating. Called store to let them know and the offered a free replacement. Courteous and respectful responses. Service was good. I will continue to frequent this site.
This location literally got every detail of our order wrong. We would’ve been better off telling them to surprise us at the drive thru. Being a regular at a different location, I was extremely disappointed that I couldn’t get the same service at this location.
The last several times I’ve been there I’ve asked for my bagel toasted. I went there again today and asked for my bagel toasted. It isn’t!! I called and talked to the manager and she said it was! Her attitude was horrible!! I will never go back! The manager argued with me and told me my bagel is toasted. I’m sitting here with it. There isn’t any way that it has gone through the toaster. I’ll never go back!! Managers shouldn’t argue with customers!!!
Rest assured that the owner will take care of of any concerns you may have. I had a complaint this morning, 19 minutes later the owner reach out to me to address it. Nothing tops a good customer relations.
