I had a uncontested Divorce with my wife .nnThis guy , and my incontinent lawyer could not figure out how to avoid arbitration from a mediator ,nThis guy tried to low ball me extremely .Thus forcing me to obtain a lawyer .They probably go golfing together , who knows ? They were talking about golf at the arbitration hearing With the mediator.nnI was hoping to get the divorce without any need for a lawyer , but I had no choice after the proposal from him for my wife .nnIf you Talk to him for 13 minutes minutes he will charge $75.00 .nnHe soaked my ex wife for all the money he could .Of course he seems like a nice guy ... But I would be too if I was making my client drag the case on , just so I could get more money .nnThe paperwork at the divorce hearing in front of the judge was wrong ,so he had apologize and fix that .nnIf you need a divorce and its uncontested... do self of favor ...save a lot of money , Get a competent person to file the paperwork and Go to mediator , and pay the mediator .nnThe mediator in a couple hours, for a few hundred bucks , did more good than this lawyer and my incompetent lawyer could acheive in multiple months .nThe divorce could have been taking care of with maybe at the most $2000 and ended up costing almost $20,000 .nnHe's a stuffed sausage that will go on a European vacation during the middle of your process anyway .n.
