I walk in, there's nobody behind the cashiers desk, I walk round to find to find what I'm looking for,nApproach cashier desk and still nobody there.nI look to the back, and there's a staff member looking on her phone and not much else.nI just put what I want on the ground.nThey obviously are not on the business of making money at this location

Pharmacist would not transfer my prescription from another CVS to this one...why can’t they do that systematically?

Great pharmacy staff. Friendly, personal service, they answer questions quickly and accurately. The rest of the store is the same - friendly. Anyone who rates them less is a high maintenance Rochester resident who thinks they defecate gold.

The pharmacy is unhelpful at best. I almost never bring scripts to this one anymore because they always seem to find a way to deny me my prescription. Amazingly I always need prior authorization (despite having a prescription) for the meds I'm trying to take.nnGo to the CVS on Walton for better service.
