Had an overall wonderful food experience for their lunar new year dinner. The process in which to pick up the meals was a bit chaotic, having some clearer instructions regarding that would be ideal I think (for the poor food runners going in and out in 5°F weather too) as there was a big line and no one in line really knew what was going on. But again, the food was lovely! I'll try a frame experience again in the summer, probably.

I tried this spot once with a friend and I am hooked since then. I liked the excellent character and delicious food and drinks. Great work.

We went to frame for a prix fixe dinner in the yurts that are next to the sidewalk along the north edge of the building. The service was excellent. The Romanian-themed 5-course meal (was outstanding. Will be back again soon.

We wanted to love this however we were sorely disappointed. We reserved a yurt for six of us to celebrate with Mardi Gras food. The only reason for 2 stars rather than 1 is because of the ambience and the music, great job with that. Beyond that though the experience was lacking. The food portions were absurd, literally we all are ready to pick up a pizza and we just finished eating. The service was sad, no conversation whatsoever, questions about our meals, and overall rudeness and abruptness. The food itself was mediocre, the gumbo was very bland and the beignets were stale. The coffee came in an espresso size cup and was definitely not enough to dip any donut in. When the chef asked us how our meal was we were honest about this, to which he just replied, thanks for letting us know. When the bill came we were blown away that our total came to $575, and naturally as we were trying to understand how a $60/person meal came to such a price, we were told to be aware of the curfew and more or less get out. We certainly hope the chef accommodations are 5 star seeing as the service charge added to the bill should definitely allow for it. $100 a person, still hungry, and dissatisfied, will definitely not be back.
