Heather provided exceptional service on a photo project of mine. Initially, she apologised their photo processing machine was being repaired but advised she would call when it was back in action. And she did! Heather also found the answer to a technical question for me regarding the machine's capabilities. Finally, she helped me with the photo processing when the time came. It is rare to experience this level of follow-through and customer care. Thank you, Heather.
I just had a question. I’ve been coming to this cvs for a very very long time, since it’s been open, snd when they went through the remodeling all the staff was so excited. Now I don’t see a single familiar face.... did you guys fire all the old employees? If so that is a shame. And it shows what kind of company you are. :(

One pharmacist knows nothing about my medical condition or my treatment plan. However, she is certain she knows more than my Doctor or Surgeon. I will fill all my prescriptions at another pharmacy. I will not be setting foot in another CVS store again.
