Went in for some pizza today. I was informed that part of my order was made incorrectly but would be properly corrected. Shout-out to the chick with the pink hair for hooking us up with free wings! You're a real one...
They are amazing there I was Teasing about grabbing some rocky road icecream on the way for my son. And they did it no charge to me it really makes me happy that they went above and beyond for us thank you very much for the Workers at your store!!!
I never have an issue with anything but it was Chrystal who made me want to do a review. She was very kind, courteous, respectful, and helpful. Something as small as helping me save a little money goes a long way, especially when they take it upon themselves to help you when you wouldn’t have known otherwise
I normally LOVE Pizza Hut, but the App is not up to date and doesn’t want to deliver to my house. I have to call in to deliver. When I call in, the prices are different and much more expensive. I was miss quoted and charged more. The customer experience was awful. There was no apologies and the person made it seemed it was a card issue and charged me more!!! So now I order Papa Johns. Papa Johns online is more expensive than Pizza Hut online, but not as expensive as calling into Pizza Hut.
Good customer service. The cashier was knowledgeable and courteous. Service time was good even though I was a walk in.
