Apparently Arnold storage has new management the old management was very laid back. The old management was very lenient if you were late they didn't care they never charged a late fee. That is why I chose to do business with them over other nicer well kept storage places that are located in the same area. I usually paid 2 or 3 months rent at a time when I got around to it. I called today to pay and found out I owe a 25.00 dollar late fee on a 50.00 dollar a month storage unit! I asked if they could waive the late fee this time since they are in effect enforcing a policy that has not been enforced that I'm aware of. I told the new lady manager I will always pay on time from now on since I am aware of the new way the business is being run.. I was told she has no way of waiving the late fee or contacting the owners? Sounds like B.S. to me. I've stuck with them even though my storage unit was broken into and thousands of dollars worth of property was stolen and I have also had water leak into my storage unit that caused a mildew problem. I can overlook that but I can not overlook management that is not the least bit flexible with there policies when I have been a customer for many years.
Great value for a storage unit. Far below others prices. But PLEASE fix the big mud holes when you pull in off the road!
