Ordered online at 330pm for delivery scheduled at 5pm. You’d think that that would be plenty of time for them to prep and deliver a pizza, in town.Were parents of young kids so we do well to plan ahead. At 5:15 they had not showed up we checked the app and the pizza was not even in the oven yet! I called to ask what the situation was and the answer was that they did not have a delivery driver available and it would be another half hour. I was also hung up on when I started to say that would be unacceptable and wanted to cancel the order. Had to call back two times to get through and cancel. All in all the frustrating part is that with a 1.5 hour window of time between the order being placed and expected delivery they could have planned better, sent a message through the app, or even called. They just assumed that nearly an hour late would be acceptable, and with kids, it’s not. The kicker was the employees attitude over the phone about how there was nothing they could do. Again, in nearly 2 hours, there’s plenty that could have been done. Not our first “not great” experience with them either which makes this the final straw. I’m sure it’s no skin to them but 1 star it is for me. Now just to wait and see how long the “refund” takes.

Great pizza hut. The manager kaila there was amazing. She does her job well an had great customer service i will return because of her outstanding service. Was very fast. An great pizza an wings.

The pizzas were made wrong 3 times ( I came hours away to visit my best friend), but the managed made things right and even gave us 2 pizzas! Sweet man as well

Traveled to Bug Rapids for Pizza Hut because the one in Reed City was closed down this year. Food was excellent. Worth the 30 mile round trip. Just wish we could have eaten inside.

At first, they messed up my deep dish pizza by making it super thin crust, but I called and the manager made everything right. Even left this little note inside to find later.nOverall positive!
