Ordered a well done fish sandwich (like the old days, and not mushy like they are now) 14 minutes later i got my order. Only five cars in front of me in drive thru. Tarter sauce was on the side of the bun and box, and to top it off the fries were just warm. If only there was inside dining! It would've went back. I swear these fast food joints just don't care anymore.
Usually pretty quick and very accurate. The staff is friendly. With no hate on the restaurant itself, the customers need to learn how the double drive thru works. On multiple occasions, I have went around a line of 5 or so cars to the WIDE OPEN second order speaker. Again, this is nothing against McDonald's, just a public service announcement.
Not happy with service. Order taker not patient. Didn't get napkins, sauses
They need to be a little more patient and tell the other to be quiet when someone is ordering at the speaker. Then they can get your order heard right the first time. Not having to repeat several times.
got my order wrong, straws were wet and wrapper was partially torn. line was too long to turn back. you got one job guys
