They came and fixed our heater in a very timely manner. The team that showed up were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!
These guys are amazing, I have used them multiple times. Once they replaced my entire HVAC system for a home I was selling and advocated on my behalf with my home warranty company. Did a great job and provided excellent customer service. The last time I called and left a voicemail on a Saturday afternoon after my AC went out at my new home and they had someone out to fix it by 12 on Sunday, even before the home warranty company had assigned a company to it. Everyone with this company is top notch and they have earned a customer for Life!!
When my home warranty was slow and choosing a different solution than desired in regards to my AC (which died 4 times in the past year) , Platinum was able to step in and push back against what the warranty company was telling me. I get that the home warranty company is going to do whatever is most profitable for them, but they missed an option which would have benefitted all three parties - appliance upgrade program. Ultimately, Platinum saved me a couple thousand dollars on a whole system HVAC install. I feel like they fight for what's right and are willing to help every step of the way. I couldn't recommend a better company when it comes to residential HVAC.
Felipe came to troubleshoot the electrical issues I had in the home I recently purchased. He did a great job. I highly recommend him.
I give Platinum Heating & Air an excellent rating. Called on a Monday to setup appointment and the earliest they could come out was Friday afternoon, I asked if there was any possibility they could come out sooner, they called back and came out same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and ordered the part the same day. They got the part in by Wednesday and installed it by noon Friday (Thursday was the 4th of July). We were so grateful we have a nice cool home now. Thank you for the great service.
