We recently purchased a home and we needed some extra space to store our stuff until we were able to move in. The original unit that we rented was unfortunately not big enough due to my own error but Smart Stop was so accommodating and helpful in getting me into the correct size unit and providing a transfer with no problems. They were so hospitable and caring and they even followed up on two different occasions to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I would absolutely recommend using smart stop for your storage needs.

I’ve rented storage space going back many years for various reasons. This was the easiest and most affordable rental experience I’ve ever had. Nicholas and Jeff are extremely helpful and their follow through is like no other. I set everything up online and Nicholas called to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns and if I needed anything else. When I showed up to finalize my rental, Nicholas made sure I got to my unit quickly. Save time and money, these guys are great!

I have used this facility multiple times for various sizes of storage unit and have had a great experience every time. The units are always clean, well it and the staff is extremely friendly and communicative. They go above and beyond to help out when needed. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

Very easy process and straightforward storage place/service. But have to say the five stars is directly from how helpful and courteous their employee Jeff was to us. He was so informative, kind, and clearly articulated the things that were required and how the process would work. Am very thankful for his help. Thanks Jeff!

Best place to store your items in Detroit Metro area. Highly recommended!!!nThe store manager Nicholas was very nice and helpful.
