Just like most of the other reviews, Martin was great. I have never rented a storage unit before but we needed one as we are decluttering our house as we plan on selling it. The monthly price was lower than the other storage places in the area. The building itself seems incredibly clean and well lit and it's climate controlled. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a storage locker.
Martin, the on-site manager, is a great help. Not only to the new customers but to the seasoned ones too. He will help everyone till the situation is resolved. He was there on my first day and sure are glad for it. He makes the difference in the business, he’s not just in the desk, he’ll be whenever is needed anytime, for all alike. I just left another storage “facility “and for the whole time I was member never saw the staff.nWith him there I can recommend that particular storage site to any of my friends asking for references. 10 out of 10. Keep him there.
Mr. Martin was very helpful and he was very concern with need for my storage. Mr. Martin was very nice and professional in I love how he conducted business. I would highly recommend other to this storage company. The storage area was and is very clean and well organized. I would give Mr Martin an triple 5 stars. Even though I was asked to come by in the next few days to move my whole unit to another location, Martin was very willing and helpful by moving it with me and most of it for me. He was extremely patient and helpful and apologetic. I would recommend the storage company to anyone looking for one.
Martin did a wonderful job by assisting us in finding a bigger storage that could fit all our stuff instead of renting 2 separate storage. He save us good amount.nThe place itself is is clean, well lit, and safe.nI highly recommend this place.
