9:30PM October 29th.nnEveryone had masks on! I was pleasantly surprised and it was very appreciated.nnHowever, to the woman working the counter, I don't generally care if people play on their phones at work, but if you can't be bothered to even look at me because you're too busy scrolling tumblr? Then to take my drinks, scan them, set them next to your end of the counter so I have to reach shoulder deep to get them because you can't be bothered (coming into contact with the plexiglass that God knows who has gotten what on it), well, I start to take issue. I'll give you some credit, scanning and taking payment without having looked from your phone was impressive. But extremely rude.

I went at 5:26 PM on 12/18/18 to have someone pull up a receipt for 12/09/18 they told me only a manager could do it even though I've been to other Holidays and gas stations and this has never been an issue. They told me to return the next day between 6 am and 4 pm so now I have to go during work and make a specific trip out of my way because these 3 employees incompetence and unwillingness to contact there manager.nThe girl was also rude asking how could I Lose a receipt. That's not there job.
Always friendly and courteous. A very well managed business with excellent customer service.
