Best pizza I've had in 15 years. It was perfect! It was hot and very fresh. It was so good I called the store manager and thanked him for thr great pizza. All five of us loved it! I wish I could give them six stars.

Ordered pizza and a salad. Pizza was cold and no salad. This was after waiting over an hour. Waited another hour and finally got our salad, wrong dressing. Use to be a great place, not anymore. Called and the gentleman on the phone was no help. Just says they are busy... wow

Was ordering from the Van Dyke in Utica hungry Howie's not the best customer service. Got tired of my orders getting messed up so decided to try this hungry Howie's on 17 and Ryan. good service food was hot. Definitely much better customer service.

Made an online order at 6:44pm, waited and waited until about 2 hours had came and gone. Then I called and a woman said it’s just going in the oven so about 10 more minutes. I said okay. Gave them another hour and 15 minutes called them back and told them that I’ve been waiting over 3 hours. He then tells me that it got canceled, I asked how if I had just spoken with someone a little over an hour ago and was told that it was going in the oven, he says “you ordered online?” I said yes, he says “oh that’s why..” that’s why what? Then he says did you pay in cash or card. I told him cash (like always) he said oh that’s why... AGAIN. So I asked him why did it get canceled he paused and said “well we don’t have a driver” Are you serious? Could you not have told me that from the beginning? I will never order from here again.
