Horrible customer service. Paid for delivery online. Then received a call 10 min later telling me they don’t deliver. So I offered to pickup, they told me it would be ready in 15min. When I arrived, I waited 5 min before anyone would approach me and help. Then I was told they had no order or any idea what I was talking about. The older lady was yelling and rude to me and the other poor gentlemen waiting to place his order. Such a horrible experience. Avoid this location! And I never received a refund for the delivery fee!!

This location has really gone downhill. It’s closest to my house. Once a manager was yelling at all the employees. Then my order was wrong. Then having to wait an hour and a half for delivery. Then waiting forever when just 1 customer was ahead of me. All other locations are good. Maybe send staff to another location for sole training. They need it

I understand a pandemic is happening, but I mobile ordered a sub and never received an email or notice it was ready.... so after 40 mins I went into the store and noticed it was sitting on the pick up table! That’s ridiculous.... it has dressing so it gets soggy.... also I am 14 weeks pregnant and food is precious and important to me! Not to mention my sub had 2 tomato slices on it....

I needed a quick lunch so I made an online order, I had a couple places I had to run to for work so I figured Jimmy Johns would be quick. I used to work here years and years ago and have been here/ordered from here many times since I stopped working there. Maybe five times in the last year. Anyways, so I order delivery and I wait. 45 minutes pass and I figured I'd call and just get an update. The girl that answered the phone was polite, but the news she gave me was alarming. She said well your food is on the road but we've had deliveries that take up to an hour and a half recently. An hour and a half for a sandwich? I told her I would wait a bit longer and ended the call. Now an hour passes and I call again to cancel my food. Once again as a former employee and knowing that the woman I was talking to clearly wasn't the delivery driver I was waiting on, I was polite but asked them to just cancel my order. She was more than happy to do so but than told me they don't issue refunds. You don't issue refunds? You can't get me my food within an hour and you can't issue a refund? She sounded confused and walked away to ask a coworker or maybe manager to ask if they issue refunds... She comes back and explains she actually can issue a refund... no way. The lady on the phone was polite/ the delivery was WAY to long/ the fact the staff knew that it was common for people to be waiting over an hour for food and just speaking of it so casually, I guess I don't really have words for this.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. They’re never open in the MIDDLE of the day when I go there. Horrible customer service. The worst Jimmy johns ever!!! AVOID at all all costs! This place should just shut down completely...since they’re never open anyway!!
