My Local Rite Aid is awesome I have been choosing to go to Rite Aid lately instead of my local corner store because they really have the best deals and carry the things that I need. Shoutout to Rick for providing excellent customer service to me and to everyone who walks in the door he is exceptional. He helps everyone leave with a smile thank you Rick
They are always nice. They ask if I need help finding anything or what can they do for me. And if they are busy the usually say hi and give me just a moment sir and I will be right with you they are great people
Do not use for covid test if need paperwork. took 8 days for results after sent to new jersey and all dates on results are incorrect.
Pharmacy is terrible. Straight up lazy do not waste your time here.
No wait. The young gentleman that helped me at this drive thru was really very polite. I'm thinking about changing pharmacies. This is the best Rite Aid I've been in the Tri Cities since I moved here from Portland. I recommend this particular Rite Aid
