Gave only 3 stars because...nFirst time having a full face wax. (They are not cheap to have done) Asked few times please make sure to get all hairs. Becuase I cant see if you did until I get home and use my magnifying mirror. Well got home had to pluck for 35 minutes still have some hair. Hair cut was good needed a trim. Girl was super nice! Thought I found a new place to go.nn.nReally bummed

Sarah did my perm and it didn’t turn out the first go because of previous treatments I had done. She redid it and it looks fabulous. She is amazing! Thanks ud83dude0a

Mahri did so amazing, such a sweet girl and she made me feel a lot less nervous!! I haven't had a haircut in over 6 years so trust me i was definetly scared! she did so good and i felt so happy walking out of there

Horrible experience. Misleading prices on the app. Customer service was not good. Brittney was a super unempathtic about the situation and really rude. She could have been nicer about it because I wasnt being mean. I told her Im not upset with her, and understand it wasn't her fault. I was trying to see from her end too but she couldn't understand from my end at all, which was that the price was quoted for $110 on the app and they wanted to charge me another 100 on top of that when I got there. She was saying that the price on the app was wrong because they changed the prices. I was just caught off guard and wasn't expecting all this to happen. I was caught off guard with the prices because when I made the appointment it said it would be $110 for everything I was wanting. She then price quoted me for around $200 just for partial highlight on medium length pre lightened hair Not including base color, cut or style... I would have actually went up in price and paid a little more but the customer service was so bad that I just wanted to leave. You can deliver bad news in a better way. I hope having this rude girl Brittany representing your business is worth it. I will make sure none of my friends or family ever come here!!

Good colorists but she did a terrible job cutting my hair. First she went over on her appointment before me so I had to wait around for about 10-15 minutes. Then she had someone else come in to get their hair fixed in the middle of my appointment. I have thick curly hair and she didn't textureize at all. So the end of my hair was just a thick blunt mess. So would recommend getting your hair colored here but cut somewhere else.
