One of the cashiers, Xina I think her name was, made rude comments about my friends SERVICE DOG saying that dogs don’t belong in stores. You should not be working in customer service if you are going to be rude to disabled customers.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. No one would help me. My main pharmacy directed me to CVS due to my insurance. The woman in the pharmacy would not even stop to talk to me on or even look at me. No on was interested in helping. I will step foot on a CVS again and strongly recommend everyone I meet to go to Rite Aid. I have a question for CVS, how can you allow your employees to treat customers so poorly? This is the worst experience I have ever had in any business.

The pharmacy is so unprofessional and unproductive. They tell me to call back days later, and still have no information. I was put on hold after being hung up on the first phone call to be told they don’t have any information on when my script will be ready because the pharmacist isn't in today.
