Overcharged me and made my drink wrong. Refused to remake it after I politely asked and explained why it was made incorrectly.
We ordered it online and we even waited in the car to make sure it was ready. Was suppose to be a quick run in and run out. The lady couldn’t understand my husband accept but he tried spelling out the name and kept repeating it back wrong. She just told him they never got the order so she wasn’t going to make the drink, even when my husband showed her the phone she refused to look at it or work with him. I had to call the manager for her to see the order wad there and done the whole time. The manager was nice but the lady who was rude to my husband should of took a moment to see they took our money and it was ordered . My husband accept isn’t even that strong and he spelt it out.
This place is usually busy in the drive thru. I actually went in and ordered my Matcha. There is some seating available, adequately spaced, even during this pandemic. They also have outdoor seating available. All the help were wearing gloves and masks, so preventative measures were in place.
I happen to really enjoy this location. The barista used too much whipped cream
