I place my order from the app. When I arrived they told me they made the wrong pizza and they were making another one. I had no problem with that at all as the woman behind the counter was friendly. They told me it would be done in 6 minutes. I waited I'm the lobby for 17 minutes before finally asking someone where my order was. They looked in the warmer and it was sitting in there and nobody bothered to see if it was mine. While I was in there they had told another customer that they messed up his order and they were in the process of fixing it and another customer that they couldn't find his order. They eventually found it and it was wrong. This location has to get it together. They just lost a customer.
Ordered a pizza and all i got was an insane amount of sause & hardly any flavoring on my crust. Waste of my money
I ordered a pizza a while ago and the driver was late it took a hour and they said 30 minutes for a small pizza when I gave him the 20 he gave me back 5 bucks I said this isn’t the right amount of change I should be getting back more he said no and had a bad attitude but at least the pizza was alright I felt that I needed a refund and a apology I think they need to fix there attitude I was looking at the comments and thought I should tell everyone because some people are having the same issues.
