We had a great experience with Big Bear RV. They found us a great trailer at a great price that fit our wants and needs. The transaction was seamless and friendly. And Rick and the rest of the staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. I will recommend them and will definitely do business with them in the future.

What a great experience. Our dealings with Big Bear couldn’t have been better. Dave Warner and Tony Brown dealt with us in a friendly and fair manner. They lived up to all their promises and in fact went above and beyond. If you want to met by a friendly staff and then be dealt with in a professional and knowledgeable manner I highly recommend Big Bear Pasco. Integrity, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. What more could you ask for.? We would give them 6 stars if we could.

I just purchased a 2018 Coleman trailer, couldn't be happier! Customer service was exceptional & no pressure... everyone was very nice & went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied! I would highly recommend Big Bear RV!! Can't wait to go RVing!! THANK YOU!!

Excellent service! One of the big dealers in town stood us up so we called Big Bear last minute. Found what we wanted and worked with our budget. No pressure and great service.nnUpdate:nnStill agree with the above. However, have been back for service on the RV and it was horrible. Told the RV was ready, traveled 1.5 hours to pick it up and it was not. Asked to come back the following week. Was given some service recovery. Came back and they had fixed everything. Got home and noticed a baseball sized dent on the front of the trailer that was not there previously. We will never buy or service here again and do not recommend it to anyone else.
