Had to call several times to get an appointment, I had left a message during the initial phone call but I was NEVER contacted. The price advertised in their office showed $69.95 for the oil change (there was NO fine print), however the clerk informed me that it would be $85. When I pointed out the discrepancy in price, she said that was the price if you had a coupon and that I should have received it by email. The last coupon I had received by email was over a year ago. Upon the completion of my oil change, I asked to speak to a supervisor who completely disregarded my feelings and told me that I had agreed to the price when I dropped of my vehicle. I assumed I would find the mystery coupon in my email while they were changing my oil and the price would be adjusted. Before leaving the service office, I asked for the managers name and phone number and called him as I was leaving the office and left a voicemail. I have yet to be contacted. I will NEVER return to service my vehicle NOR PURCHASE a vehicle from this dealership. They OBVIOUSLY do not need my business.

From start to finish the experience was great. No hassle conversation with the sales rep on features and pricing as well as a smooth transaction with the finance dept. The sales rep Bryan Lanning even offered to drive the car to my home so my wife and I didn't have to drive back to dealership with our 1 year old. It was top notch service for a beautiful vehicle and wonderful experience.

I have always have the best and most professional Service experience since the day I started buying cars and trucks at McCurley, which has been for many years now. Nathan and Joe have always gone above and beyond when taking care of my vehicles. I just really also appreciate your skilled technicians and the very thorough inspections they perform. I know some shops just check the boxes and don’t really look, but I know at your shop I’m getting a good honest inspection every time!! Thank you.
