We recently visited Prestige to trade in our vehicle and potentially buy another one. Unfortunately I will never do business with Prestige because they did not do what I asked them to do and were only interested in selling another vehicle off their lot. Knowing a thing or two about business and finances, they were quite surprised I asked for an amortization schedule of the car.nOnce we went to pick up the car, they didn't give us back our registration and kept it in our folder...instead of just ensuring it was in the car so we had to make another trip back to the lot.nnSales rep was way too lax and casual with me and not very professional. Overall, I would not recommend getting the used car sales runaround from these guys.

Came here about 4 months ago for my first car, the prices are unbeatable and the staff are very friendly, one of employees made sure I was comfortable with the car I was purchasing. They also helped me make sure some of the features of the car worked, no doubt about it, this is the go-to place if you want a quality car for a good price. They also made financing super easy; I highly recommend this place!

Martin Casillas was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly helping my wife and I purchase a car. He stayed late and made sure we were well informed the whole time. He even found my wife a phone charger while we waitedud83dude04

Our sales man that helped us today was Martin Casillas. He is very dedicated in his job and has great patience for his customers. He did an amazing job explaining the truck we came to view. He also helped us receive the best price value with a great low interest rate. He truly care for his costumers satisfaction! 5/5 would highly recommend everyone coming to Prestige Motors in Pasco please look for Martin Casilla he is the best salesman. This was also our second truck we have purchase from here, they have a great selection I know you won’t regret it.
