I came home at 10 pm on a Friday to find myself locked out after we had some work done in our home during the day. The other places I called wouldn't come out until the next day. I called A-1 and instead of charging me to come out and get my door unlocked, he talked me through how to jimmy the lock and was able to get me into my house. Genuinely kind and helpful folks!!
This couple was a delight to meet today! They were very kind and didn't make any part of the process awkward. They were on time and quick with disassembling, repairing, and reinstalling my ignition. All questions that I had were answered along with a nice conversation. They were very professional and my steering column had NO damages ( scratches gouges stripped screws etc...) due to the work they performed. I would highly recommend and use them again! Overall fantastic service!
Dude on the phone was a super nice guy and very helpful and was even willing to come late in the evening to help unlock my car.
Amazing, caring people. My kids locked our cat in a small safe that I thought was no longer working and was ready to go to the dumpster. I called them in a panic because I couldn’t get her out! They said bring the safe to them it would be faster that way, so I hit the road. They called me shortly before I arrived to make sure I knew where I was going and to tell me they were waiting outside by their van. I pulled in, jumped out, and brought them the safe containing our kitty and they worked quickly and got her out! Talk about relief!! They then proceeded to get water for our kitty and a snack of lunch meat and they snuggles and calmed her down. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys so much for responding quickly and giving our kitty a happy ending!
They saved me major money yesterday! My only key broke off in my door, leaving me locked out. They came got the broken key part out made a copy coded it to my car and got me on my way fast! I thought I would have to have my car towed to get it recoded at the dealership but nope he did everything on spot!
