Very nice and clean. All staff we've talked to have been very friendly. The food is great! Overall, we had a great and relaxing weekend! We would definitely come back.

I had someone come out for a quote over a month and a half ago and was told I’d have the pricing within a week. I JUST met last week to discuss pricing and asked for an electronic breakout so that I could review the information further, I was told I’d have it within a day. Again, I haven’t heard anything back. Since working with HWC I have not received any follow ups or any form of communication on my project. It’s been an extremely big waste of my time at this point and we will be moving on elsewhere.

We have had HWC do three major remodeling (down to the studs) projects for us, two different bathroom projects and a full kitchen remodel. We initially engaged them on the advice of friends and could not be happier. Their design team helped us find furnishings, fixtures, and flooring that matched our taste, budget and design intentions. Their employees and sub-contractors (electrical, plumbing) were top-notch. They were excellent craftsmen and attentive to every detail. They stayed on the project until every detail and item met all of our expectations. They were even meticulous about cleaning up everyday and communications with the office team and the on-site work team was excellent -- the kitchen lead would even text me when I was out of town for work to keep me informed and answer any questions. All in all, HWC is a GREAT team to work with.

I would love to give HWC 5 stars but screwed up scheduling knocked it back a little.nThen today when the plumber arrived he did not have the sink or faucet with him (he was told it would already be here) and he was not aware that he was also to do a toilet install (no toilet with him either). Lance (the plumber) was a real champ and went back out to get the items without even losing his friendly smile.nMeanwhile, Josh and Tex did an awesome job changing out the tub for a walk-in shower. They worked together like long time dance partners and made the work look easy.nIn the end, all the requested work was completed before the end of the day, including a good cleanup.nnHWC needs to vastly improve communications within their ordering/scheduling areas, but the designer and installers were all top notch.
