I had an issue and went to this store and asked to see the manager of the hunting/firearms section. He was paged, and Tim showed up a few minutes later. I described my issue to him, and he listened, and immediately went to work making it right. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Needed to re-up on fishing and boating supplies for the summer. They had most of what we were looking for. The items they did not have were specialty items and would have just been a cherry on top. Clean store, staff were masking.
Good prices and staff. I was informed they weren't sell fishing licenses tho.
Absolutely horrible spent almost 2 hours in here with my daughter picking out everything she needed for softball. Got up to the cash register they charged my card twice i got a notified immediately on my phone of the money taken out and I wasnt even able to walk out with the stuff. Said their system was offline and it wasnt their problem nothing they could do.
Decent layout, prices are reasonable. You will do better if you wait for a sale. Coupons frequently in media. Lots of sporting equipment. If it is relevant to a particular sport there is a good chance they have what you are looking for.
