Kind, courteous and got my vehicle tires put on in a timely manner. My tires were on borrowed time, the dime test failed. So much better then having to wait three weeks per another tire place. Thank you Firestone. I will return for all my tire needs.

Battery died in my wife's vehicle unexpectedly. Called them just to see if they had one available. They did ,and then l inquired about getting it installed. Logan told me to get there, and they will get it installed. Appreciate the prompt, professional, customer service.

Went in fully expecting to pay about $400 for two new tires due to nail puncture. Logan fully explained his #1 recommendation based on my car and my current tires; explained why he wouldn’t recommend a cheaper tire that I had found on the website unless I wanted to replace all four tires on my AWD vehicle; and then also found me a discount on his #1 choice to help me save money. Not even 10 minutes after doing all this for me, I was notified that my tire puncture could be repaired for $20 and that he thought my current tires would be more than suitable for this upcoming winter (provided I avoid more nails). I was very relieved after having been told my another shop that they would recommend replacement, very happy Logan took the time to explain my different options, and that they were able to save me money. Would highly recommend.
