I took them a van that eats batteries. These guys won't let that happen. Randy put together a solution that will fix my van for good. These guys mold patriotism out of raw steel. Don't be fooled by the orderly counter or waiting room. There's freedom being forged by fire in that shop. I'll bet they breed bald eagles and stallions at night. Good luck to the competition, they have spears laced with freedom.

I met the owner, Tom when I dropped my car off the night before my scheduled service. Very nice guy and has a good sense of humor. The Service Manager, Jim is also a very nice guy and explained the service performed in detail.nThey use a system that will send you a text with a link to your vehicle assessment. It clearly explains any issues found and provides pictures so you can see for yourself what they found! Really great way to communicate!nThe quote came with a second text with a link and listed all services recommended. All you have to do is click the approval button and submit! They go to work from there. Couldn't be easier!nPrices are competitive and as with any service on newer cars, can get pricey. That's what is great about the approval system though. They will only perform the service you approve and you'll know the cost. It's like Amazon for car repair!nThanks guys! I'll be definitely be coming back!

So I have lived in the Plainfield TWP area for many years and have had nothing but lack-luster experiences with most of the big name shops around. These guys are pure professionals that are extremely skilled, knowledgeable and genuinely great people all around who take customer service/care to a whole new level that will keep you returning for more outstanding service. Prices for most repairs are equal or less than others with a warranty that is second to none. I look forward to an ongoing life long relationship between us. Thank you for putting both customer and service back in it's name again!

Outstanding service and Great people!! Took great care of my vehicle and were very professional. Explained everything thing they were doing and got it done in a very timely manner at a great value. I highly recommend Christian Brothers on Plainfield to anyone that needs auto service done.

What a wonderful experience with this company! Everyone is so professional and personable. Able to finish the service in a few hours. Transported me to and from home while they worked on my vehicle. Able to actually show me what was going on with my brakes/calipers and even provided photos and videos!!!! I know I will come back for any future auto needs!!! Thanks guys!!
