i love starbucks and the employees. i go almost everyday ud83eudd70BUT STARBUCKS PLZ ADD THE EXTRA CARAMEL THAT I PAY FOR.
I usually order with the app on my way to work and it’s always ready by the time I arrive. This location also has some of the nicest employees ever. I stupidly locked my keys in my car nearby in the middle of January. They invited me to wait inside so I didn’t freeze to death and even offered me a refill on my coffee that I ordered while I waited an hour for AAA to arrive. Their indoor dining was technically closed due to COVID restrictions, but they still let me sit and wait so I didn’t have to stand in the cold. Thanks, Starbucks!
This has to be the worst Starbucks location. Coworker goes to order a Doubley Chocolate Chip Frappe. They tell him they don’t have that. I go the next day, why yes they do. IT’S ON THEIR MENU! Three weeks later same deal. Go today. Same flipping deal. People working there who don’t know what the hell they are doing.
They are always super friendly, and fast at this location
Kim was so rude to me that it ruined my entire week. I don’t care how terrible of a day you’re having, you never take it out on a customer. Her interaction with me left me absolutely mind blown at how someone can be so terrible to a fellow human. I will not be returning to this location.
