McDonald's

I typically give good reviews and or just not review if anything was not the best but passable. This time was so bad I have to share. Before I do, let me tell you why we decided to not go back. We corrected/directed 3 times and it still went bad.nWe pulled in and screen was blank, hard to look at order when screen is broken, ok things break so let's move on we said but strike one.nWe ordered and had to direct the lady I believe twice but for sure once and again hard to justify because screen broke so we were depending on her reading back the order to us, pull up to pay and we told the cashier to make sure all cheeseburger meals were to be plain, we pay and move one. We pull to the next window, they gave us 1 flurry instead of 2, we told them it's 2 and she asked us what it was ( it shows on there screenud83eudd14 was it broke inside too?) we told her what it was so that was a back and forth and we leave only because they said thanks have a good evening, they close the window and I pulled away and my wife was checking burgers and two were wrong and also forgot to give us our drinks. Several more strikes, we could of gone back but believe me when I say this. We had to correct many times we were sure it was useless to go back. There were several employees just standing talking, maybe if they would of helped things could of been better. I do have to say that the two girls, cashier and food window were nice and friendly.nThis particular McDonald's needs better management and or a whip cracking.

McDonald's is a good place if on the run. Fish sandwich is great, had hot chocolate today yum McDonald's is organized and quick. I've mostly had nice staff. Good job McDonald's

Same as literally every other McDonald's. They had a new batch of potatoes, so we had to wait a long time to get our fries, but when we did, they were ACTUALLY hot! Didn't disappoint. Would, and probably will, visit again.

Drinks always taste a little funny from this location. Maybe it's just me!

I ordered 4 McDoubles and added Mayo to all 4 and when we got home none of them had Mayo. This isn’t the first time it has happened either. I’m going to the Rockford one from here on out. They are always so sweet and respectful!!!!
