I have used this place twice within the last year. The location in Portage mi. On center st.nThe lady that runs it usually is awesome. The lady running it now to cover her vacation, needs to find another job.nShe gives the worst customer service I have ever seen. I called back and she wouldn't talk to me when I called customer service no one ever returned my call.nWill never never use this place or recommend it to anyone.nnDO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!!
Purchased this storage unit with the protection plan in September. Shortly after in October our storage unit amongst others were broken into. A bunch of my valuable personal belongings were stolen. It is now January and I haven’t heard anything about or received my insurance refund. Multiple break ins happened throughout the facility in the short amount of time we have been here. January will be our last month with this facility. Do not recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could. Your belongings are not protected here and definitely not a priority.
Management is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean,well plowed
Not very happy at this time. By accident they electronically moved me out of my unit. A unit I have had 12 years. An inconvenience considering I live out of state.
