I do not even give it 1 star. I bought an expensive purse about 2 months ago. Paid cash. Did not save the receipt, cuz it worked fine. A couple days ago the zipper broke. I tried to return it, but would not do anything. They said I could have bought it elsewhere. They should know their products. I think if they are reputable, they could have done something. Me & my friends will not shop at this store again!
Need a gift for your wife or mom.....March right into this store and ask them for help. You seriously can not go wrong!
