Great please to find stuff you need for parties
Prices high
I called ahead to confirm they had an item I needed in stock that I ordered from the website that was scheduled to arrive the day before I needed it but got pushed back by 5 days. They said they had 1. I asked for them to hold it but they said they don't do that but they figured it would probably still be there when I got there. I live about 25 min away so I didn't want to drive all the way there unless they were sure and they said they had it. The reason this isn't 1 star is because the girl who greeted me when I got there was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they did not have the item in stock and their manager was not very considerate to his staff when they were trying to help me. They also said they wouldn't take the bucket that arrives late as a return at the store and I'll have to deal with that now too. What a mess.
Must depend on the day on the friendly type?! My experience the critical thinking skills on providing customer service runs on the low side. Clerks and or the management must not have grown up on blue's clues on paying attention to the environmental clues and what to do next.... Observe a long line, call for back up.
