I came in this morning to have 4 tires put on. They had a full house in the shop. I figured it would be at least a few hours, but I was out of there in an hour. Cheapest balance and mounting price I could find. Very friendly and professional. I'll be coming here from now on for my tire needs.

Went to Firestone in portage for a simple front end alignment. Was told told they couldn’t loosen the tie rod bolts and that they needed to be replaced before an alignment could be done. Quoted $650 for new tie rods and install.told them I would install new ones myself. Stopped at local repair shop, friend of mine to explain to him. They pulled it right in and nuts spun loose with ease. So my potentially $750 tie rod and alignment. That wasn’t necessary was only the $80 alignment. Will never use Firestone for repairs or service again.

Let me just say the Manager and employees at this specific location are top notch!! For the past 3 years I have been bringing my 3 vehicles here for all my vehicle services. I am consistently wow’d by my experience here and can’t rave enough about this location. They go ABOVE & BEYOND every single time. Specifically, Rob is superior and knows his stuff. His commitment to his customers is incredible and he is awesome to work with. I trust him with all my concerns! He is phenomenal. Secondly, Elario is one to know his stuff. He is unbelievable at his trade! He is fantastic and a master at his job!!

I seriously NEVER review a company negatively and only share positive experiences; however, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They will intentionally break your vehicle and then refuse to do anything about it and leave you and your 4 children stranded.nnI am so disappointed in their customer care and the way I was spoken to by management and the lack of compassion from corporate when contacted as well.nnI own and manage a medical transportation business with a fleet of 18 vehciles. Last year we spent over $27,000 with Firestone and this is still how I was treated... I am happily taking all of my business elsewhere and would suggest everyone else do the same.

Rob (a total sweetheart) and the guys take care of my wifes car. They wouldnt let me go till it was right and correctly done. They are down to earth and treat you great. They go the extra mile and thats why i will always go back. I can send my wife by her self and they dont screw her around they treat her like everyone else. Thanks a bunch kisses and hugs
